Have been seeing Dr Allen and Lori for over 3 years now and love them both. They are extremely attentive and listen to your concerns, most importantly they actually care. I brought my family into this office and they have had the same experiences. The nursing staff is friendly, some a little out of it but friendly. My main concern that not only I but other patients are having are with the lady's at the front counter, particularly Maria and Claudia. These lady's are lazy, they hardly answer the phones, when you call you wait and wait just to go to voicemail. They don't return calls, they don't want to do anything extra. My brother was there for an apt that ran late and when asking for his doctor's note Claudia told him he would have to wait that she needed to clock out, left him standing there for over 5 mins to find she went in the back way and told him she couldn't help him that he would have to come back. We don't live in lancaster and gas is expensive. If you have an apt everything you need should be fulfilled during so, even if it runs over.

Would give zero stars, if option available.If you value your health, time, and money stay away from this place. With appointment get ready to spend 3 hours there. Once there, they will add services that were not provided. Will charge you for a psychical even though my insurance covers it. They put the incorrect billing code so they can get paid more per visit. Always giving me the wrong prescriptions. The list goes on and on.

The service at this facility is beginning to decline. I waited for 23 minutes and when I finally got to number 1 caller, another voice mail message stated "we are unavailable now". This system of answering calls is unacceptable for a medical facility. I have been going to this facility for 15 years and this new system sucks

Sadly this office has some great doctors but staff treats the patients rudely! No communication between staff, don't know what they are doing
