The judges seem to runner stamp CPS recommendations regardless of if it is true or false. Not sure about how the juvenile criminal court works. I imagine it is better than dealing with the judges for CPS who automatically are prejudiced to go with the status quo of what CPS wants. If you have a vindictive worker it can tear your life up. This is one place due pricess does not exist amd your constitutional rights are continually violated and there is no one to go to for help.

They should be more sensitive there. One of the ladies that work there in the records department is very rude and inconsiderate. She did not care about my questions or concerns. I didn’t catch her name but she had brown short curly hair and wore glasses. So rude!!! I’m from out of town and needed help in regards to my deceased grandparents and she was laughing in my face.
