Had the worst clinic experience at this location. Did a walk-in appointment for my son and waited an hour and a half before clinical personnel went for their one hour lunch break. 6 walk-in were in front of me and none were being seen yet. When asked how long would it take, front desk said no idea as there was only one Dr. Almost 2 hours in and still nothing. Left the location. Husband took our son to the St. Paul location and got seen within 5mn in the ER.

It’s hard to put into words how grateful we are for everyone who took care of us while at Children’s. Our son Zebediah was in excellent hands for his entire stay in the cardiac ICU. Special shout-outs to nurses Zaheena, Katlyn, Mike and Stacy for the exceptional care they provided (and others whose names I’ve forgotten!). Drs. Blonksy, Watkins, Hills, Schneider and Vezmar all made us feel informed and well looked after during a scary time. THANK YOU. 🙏🏻

They will allow two visitors and they must be guardians. If your child has Covid I think it's only one.
I use the parking garage connected to children's. It is just west of Chicago off 26th. take the parking elevator to level 2 for the skyway
I have been there every day this summer and just park on the street. The front door is on Chicago. Concierge service at front desk will give you security badge and directions

Also check with the Ronald McDonald House on 3rd floor. They have some rooms available for families. I don't know how many rooms they have so check with them right away.
