Seems like the place skews more towards you hiring a designer but I imagine someone would sell you fancy material. It's open to the public so probably worth a try

Are the upper floors wheelchair accessible? Any time I ask if there is an elevator, I'm told to walk up to the 2nd level and get the elevator there.
