I have lived here for almost ten years and its getting worse by the day.Matinence comes when they want to even when there's a emergency.My a/c is still out this is the third time this year last time it took two weeks.This company doesn't care.

The only thing they're worried about is you keeping the leaves off the ground and the grass cut.

Ive been there 8 months and the request i put in after i saw the model, before i moved in, still hasnt been done.

They really don't, instead getting qualified professionals to properly repair things, they have their under qualified "maintenance crew" rig it just to get pass spending the actually money required to do the job RIGHT.

Right!! They stay sending notices about what you need to do but will not be prompt about what they need to do and will not be understanding

We understand how it feels when it is your service request that is not fixed right away. We do, however, want you to know that we address each and every request. Emergencies are handled first, and non-emergencies are addressed in order of receipt. Requests requiring outside contractors may take longer because of scheduling issues. We want to provide our residents with homes that they can enjoy and continuously review our response times and make adjustments to meet demand. Thank you for your comments and concern.

Unfortunately they don't even care about the grass being cut anymore! My nasty lazy neighbors haven't cut their back yard in at least 2 years! No exaggeration. Also, someone else is nice enough to keep mowing their front yard. So they don't keep up with either or!
