Yes you can barbq. I recommend just coming on Saturday morning and purchasing the freshly grilled sausage at The Farmers Market.

I didn't see any grills but they have picnic areas. There weren't any signs saying you couldn't grill so you could probably bring a portable grill as long as you are responsible.

Yes. There are remant granite grills with chimmneys from the parks founding. You may need to bring yiur own grate or grilling surface, depending on the current state if repair of the grill you choose.
