I'd give it a 7 out of 10. If your kids are young the playground has lots of variety. They have nice big trees that fit great with a hammock. It does have a nice view. And a decent size field if you want to have a picnic or play Frisbee or even bring your pet. It has like a mini workout area too. When I lived closer, I'd go there almost every day.
