Is there someone or someplace that can take momma and three kittens??? Momma is freaking out on my other cats. I mean, really bad. It's scary and dangerous. I can't just put her outside. Any suggestions?? Or help please??

Sweet. You have a conscience but I've seen people just drop animals off at Petco and walk away let alone the SPCA. The state is overrun with feral cats. Remove yourself from the situation and drop them off there and walk away.

Keep the momma and kitties in bathroom or separate room completely until you can get help. Take them to Brandywine in person if you can
