Yes, the area has paved parking, walkways and i believe the eco walkways are ADA compliant too. Take a look at my photos from top of lighthouse, they will give a view of grounds around it.
Yes, the area around the Lighthouse is accessible. There are sidewalks throughout the park that would allow you to get a good view of the area. The paths leading up to the base of the Lighthouse are accessible, and there are informational panels, as well. The State Park provides ample free parking.
They have beach wheelchairs at the museum but nothing for the lighthouse.
You can visit the lighthouse but won't get to the top
