Not sure where you are going with this, but there is not a front door. Just enter either through a park entry or any business that allows public access to the tunnel system. Visit the Downtown Houston website for a tunnel map.
There is not access from stores. Mostly lobbies of buildings and hotels. Nothing special down there, I would suggest staying above ground. Very easy to get lost down there
