I am retired Army so I went in to see if I could talk to someone. They took my information and said someone would contact me. A fellow veteran from work had suggested I speak to a certain counselor there. The vet center never contacted me.

So I scheduled an appointment for XX:XX time and not 10 minutes later they call and reschedule. No biggie. I go to my first appointment and had a good vibe about the place. So I set up my second appointment and they call about 10 minutes later once again and rescheduled me again! So the day before my appointment they call and cancel my appointment! I thought the VA was bad.
