My ex husband is a narcissist and abuser who continues to commit acts of terror and harassment against me and my son. My ex loves to have courts and chaos in our life while I just want peace. This court has co-signed his abuse for over 10 years. Judge allowed my ex to dominate the courts time and manipulate her with his Emmy award worthy performance, and fake crying. She took no time to review the case and made a hasty judgment therefore, sending my son back to his abusive father. But who cares right? Just another African American child. Sad that the law doesn’t protect victims of domestic violence. One must be harmed by knife or bullet before something is done. I pray that we do not become a death story on the news.

Jenny the deputy clerk did a fantastic job today in expediting the filing process for my dissolution of marriage. We are grateful at you help and attentiveness but more important the kindness in which you operated. Thank you! & Godbless you

Finally are able to go inside to request court case records. Very helpful with getting the copies that I needed.

Go Into the court to records and you can pull the documents you want up on the computer then let the lady at the counter know what pages you want printed. They charge per page. Super easy to do
How do I get the marriage license
Online is best bet. Search birth certificate form. Or you can go to the law library and they'll help you find it. Good luck!
$385.00 to file, and you don't have to have a lawyer. The secret to getting it done is read the instructions. Then follow them. File your documents according to the time frames in the instructions . Do one step at a time, then read what your next step will be so you're prepared.
I think you have to contact records
Also same screening as airport. Leave those dangerous, assault nail files outside.
Just got paperwork
Tell the judge
Most forms can be found on the mesa courthouse website. It will be under Family Law. I do recommend having a lawyer draft your documents, depending on your situation the price may vary depending on how much legal jargon they need to write. The Mesa courthouse will be primarily used for your filings of signed and notarized documents. Which is about all they do right now. The law library is down. Was just there last week right before Christmas and filed my own Extension, literally! So be prepared to do most of the work yourself but think about that lawyer! I have one to recommend if you want her info. She did a great job in drafting up what I needed and guided me on the next steps that I needed to take. Good luck and hope this helps!
601 W Jackson Phoenix Records Department or online
You can also get it online if you know the case number
You can go to the law library and use the computer there
You can.
You can also get the paperwork from the court web site and print it yourself
Law library or clerk of court
File the paperwork for a lien
Which judge?
Most likely if they pull it up.
Yes, you go down the east hallway last door to the left in "records".
Awww. I hope you know by now. I just look up maricopa inmate search. Use his booking number. Or name and birth date. And where he was or is housed if you know.
There is an option to file paperwork to enforce visitation with the other party by the court. You could look at that and see if that is the action that you would like to pursue. The Law Library can help you print and instruct you how to file with the clerk of court.
