Horrible service no one will answer the phone for most locations and they are disrespectful and mean when you see them in person whenever you ask a question. They have lines outside the building today over a hour wait so no one here is happy

you get a card. its now called a EBT card. and the card will be partial loaded the next day...pro rated. till the following scheduled load date
