Waiting weeks to schedule surgery. The people are great. Fast and easy to get into see a doctor. But I have been trying for four weeks to get surgery scheduled. I’ve called multiple times and recently received an email that said they will expedite this and I am still waiting. Not a very good way to treat veterans

Yes, there are many doctors that deal with all kinds of back problems and yes you do have to be referred by your pcp. The level of service provided depends on your insurance and their contracted rates with the doctors. That is the sad truth.

Hello Chris, I am a scheduler at the core.. They do have pain management doctors.. And they also have Orthopedic. It is of course your choice whether you want an Orthopedic or pain management course of care, as both are available you. Hope that helps. But no our doctors are definitely not just pill pushers.
We actually do, at our newest location off of 7th st and McDowell. I am a scheduler and so I can tell you we do 100%
If you go to thecoreinstitute.com and scroll to the bottom it has the corporate address and a phone number. Depending on the nature of your complaint they would either get you to the management department or to the patient advocate.
They are a busy office, rest assured when taken back to the exam room, they treat you like family and NOT just a number. To your question... sign a medical release form allowing both Doctors to communicate. If you sign it at The Core Institute that'll be all they need to make a perfectly important place

No. They send you to s lab, usually Sonora quest. That way it takes longer and they are really bad at follow through.

That particular place is not lovely. I go to. Core> W. Thomas rd. Place is wonderful.
Contact their records department. Or if you are seeing a new doctor they can request the documents from the office.
