Poor customer service and incompetent parts department. I had requested a quote for stacker servicing and initially had good responses from a sale manager by text and email regarding a simple service request with two common parts being replaced. Raymond West's parts department is a whole different story. They must have a completely incompetent parts team. I followed up 5 times over 4 weeks and the sales manager asked his parts department for a quote multiple times. The parts guy finally sent a partial quote, but only quoted half the required parts. I guess it is hard for some people to fully read a two sentence parts quote request. Never received a full service quote and we were ready to pay whatever price they gave. Oh well. I hope the sales guy doesn't work on commission because his parts buddy isn't doing him any favors at all. We ended up servicing the stacker ourselves using parts purchased from the manufacturer and won't be utilizing Raymond West's forklift maintenance services in the future I wonder why the Phoenix branch of Raymond West is the only branch with a sub-3 star rating and the California branches are all highly rated. Incompetent management of their Phoenix location?
