Love Dr Zhou! He has helped me tremendously and always has the best bedside manner. It is sometimes difficult to get to see him, but it’s definitely worth it. I don’t think that it’s fair to give 1 star for wait times or because of office staff. I’m rating the doctor not the employees. If you have issues with the staff, contact the office manager. Dr Zhou is a wonderful doctor!

Came to my appointment with the date and time on my Card! Just to be told I had no appointment and it was with another doctor and for results??? I’ve had no test and have not seen the over doctor in more than a year! After talking to the office manager which was less than helpful I was told the I would be seen but I had patients I front of me! I’m politely stated I would leave and come back on the date the wrong appointment date this was very inconvenient due to the fact I had to drive all the way from Clarkesville to Hermitage Tennessee !!!

I had heard great things about Dr. Zhou and I did not have that experience at all. He was rude, in a hurry, and didn’t even introduce himself. I have been trying to contact their office for over a year now to get my bill straightened out and paid, and now they’ve switched my recent bill with a paid one from seven years ago and I can’t reach anyone. On the rare occasion I do reach someone, the persons I need to speak with are never in office and whoever answers the phone always says “I’ll leave a note for the manager” and I never get a return call. I don’t understand and I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. Disgusting.
