Ate in the bar this time and enjoyed the atmosphere more than the main restaurant. Bartender was great and took care of us for dinner.

Ordered chicken nachos, big mistake. Who mixes honey bbq,and queso on nachos? Raw jalapenos. Wife had a salad with a quarter of a cucumber in it, har order of chicken tenders were burnt. To top it off we ordered curbside, along with several others, we had to go get our order ourselves. I think O'Charlies may just be the next Shoneys.

Service was fast, friendly and attentive. The good food was perfectly cooked and priced fairly.

I’m normally very pleased with my meals. I’m not sure what happened this time, I ordered a 9oz grilled salmon that was over cooked & dry, 2 orders of loaded potato soups (I always look forward to the second one for the next day treat) both were watered down with no flavor & 3 rolls that were all cold & hard. The only thing left was a salad with one small sliced tomato & apple pie dessert … fingers crossed. This was overall a very disappointing $35 meal tip included experience. I’ve never had this issue before so I may give them a do over but not anytime soon! Do better Hermitage O’Charley’s!! :(
