The "Marina side" is not part of the State Park. The marina side of Joe Pool Lake is on the west side of the lake with a park run by the City of Grand Prairie which charges by vehicle. The State Park is on the east side of the lake and charges $7.00 each person for people 13 and up. Under 13 is free.
If you go on the Marina side they charge by vehicle. 7 per person. 30 full hooked up. 25 water and electricity

It depends... Are you going to camp out on the reservation or are you going to hike? I didn't stay on the reservation overnight, just a quick hike. I got there pretty early and didn't have to pay for parking.
