Honestly no it's not that good of an idea I live here lol and they have alot of things to work on . When I moved in they were great but then they changed management and ever since then it's been complicated from there but the apartment itself is not bad at all

Soo why does the property have stray cats so bad. There is over a dozen homeless cats and several tenants complain about rats. Now I have rats and I live in the 3rd floor !!! And they won't exterminate Since we moved in a year ago !

I agree. They lie about not being able to fix individual apartment repairs because they are focused on Harvey clean-up on the property.

Why is the water still off since 1:30 pm yesterday??!!!!?????!!!! We can't take baths or flush toilets. The 4th day with absolutely no water, in less than 2 weeks. No plumbers on property?

Why is the property so focused on towing people’s cars instead of the safety of their tenant when it comes to “security”. Why is there so many cats everywhere can’t even get to my apartment without them being in the way.
