Why is the property so focused on towing people’s cars instead of the safety of their tenant when it comes to “security”. Why is there so many cats everywhere can’t even get to my apartment without them being in the way.

Seen the same few cats but security is always visible to me(kind of hard to miss with all the lights) and parking really isn't a problem if you're a tenant you have a permit & a spot if you are a visitor they have a spot..

I see no issue with the cats as for the towing parking is definitely at a premium here so I'm very happy to see them towing cars that are wrongly parked as for security I see them all day walking around at night they sit and watch
