Soo why does the property have stray cats so bad. There is over a dozen homeless cats and several tenants complain about rats. Now I have rats and I live in the 3rd floor !!! And they won't exterminate Since we moved in a year ago !

Girl if you in my old 3rd floor apt unit towards the exit gate faving that last dumpster then the back patio for the bedroom has rats
