They declined me because they suspected fraud on my paystubs and keep my “refundable deposit” , fast forward two weeks later i get accepted for an apartment at a different complex with the same pay stubs. DONT RENT HERE

I have lived here for about 3 and 1/2 months and i have to honestly say i truly do enjoy staying here. My apartment was cleaned and move in ready when i first came. All 3 ladies in the office are very respectable and are always helpful. Any time i needed something fixed it got done quickly. Sophia has been awesome since day 1 and if there is any issues i have with payment, she has been helpful with working with me and that is a true blessing. You don't see nonsense going on and the complex and it is very quiet. People are friendly when you see them. The only thing that is a minor issue is cats but hey nothing bad. I am truly glad i live where i live now compared to other places i have lived.

Horrible they are charging $3000 to a company just for not having insurance or credit... and $500 I don't know what and they don't return the money it's a scam a Robbery
