Was impressed with the place at first because of the renovations and ease of discussion with leasing office. After moving in, it became a standard routine of having to go repeatedly ask management for getting things done and slow responses from them. Maintenance still hasn’t come to fix the items on my move in sheet, gym equipment broken and still haven’t received a response from management. You get what you pay for. Update Jan 2022: almost 2 months after posting this review, the gym machines are still broken and dumbbell weights are still missing. Didn’t know it takes more than 2 months to “receive parts.” Second update June 2022: new management change in the last month. There is confusion with apartment office as I was trying to add a roommate. Office members had told me that it was allowed to add a roommate and remove my name off the lease for the past 2 months. After speaking to the Property manager, she tells me it is not possible. Property manager was also extremely rude when speaking to me about this topic. Third update (Nov 2022): I have called the leasing office numerous times and they do not pick up the call on the first or second attempt. Only when I leave voicemails or send emails, they pick up. Extremely poor service.

Went here looking for an apartment two bedroom two bathrooms, and was not very surprised by the place. The staff was very nice but their infrastructure was not. They do have a lot of plants and trees, but I was not feeling the save energy that I want to feel when getting a new apartment. It’s a cheap option. If you are looking for that as your priority, they do have an amazing location but I found better options. Moneywise a little further.
