It's true that you have to leave a voicemail when you call the office and wait for their call back but the call back is usually same day so it's not a big deal. I do highly recommend this office bc Dr Albers is great! She's really knowledgeable, experienced and takes her time with you. She was able to correctly diagnose and treat me when other specialist doctors completely missed it. The patient portal is also super convenient for viewing your lab results and communicating with the Dr. Dr Albers is very quick to respond. Overall very happy being a patient at this office. My husband goes to see Dr Weaver in the same office and is also very happy with the care.

I saw Dr. Albers and was very satisfied with my care in office, and by the nurses. Seriously a great PCP. But they can't seem to answer their phones, which has been a huge issue. Hopefully they'll resolve this

I wish I could rate the visit, however it is impossible to get a hold of anyone at this office. I have been calling and leaving messages for about 3 weeks with no response. I even sent an email to make an appointment but have yet to hear from anyone. They cannot be THAT busy!
