I would recommend DocMJ to anyone. They are polite and helpful and willing to listen even when you get long winded. They took my concerns and helped me choose what was best for me and what I am dealing with. I see Dr. Shirley and her staff they are efficient and not pushy or judgmental to your concerns.

You have two payment choices. Either $169 which covers 7 months or you can do a $30 per month payment plan for the 7 months. By law you have to see the doctor in person every 7 months.
