We had an appointment today to have our dishwasher fixed. My husband took the day off work for it. We get a call that the person is a half hour away. Over an hour later, my husband gets a text message that the appointment was canceled. When he finally got ahold of someone, they said the address they had said “court” instead of “road” do they just canceled the appointment without calling him. That is unbelievably unprofessional. I will be telling everyone what your repair person did and that you didn’t act concerned about it when my husband called back to complain. Unbelievable. Tell your people to have the decency to call if there’s an issue like that.

Just spent a considerable amount of time getting routed and rerouted by your automated system. Finally spoke to someone who was going to send me to the heating repair division but instead I got another automated system asking the same questions all over again and somehow got into the mattress division. When I had no reponse for mattress related questions, rather than take me back to my initial choices or route me to a persson, I was just cutoff.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM , STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! I would give a minus rate if possible, I request a technician in order to fix my appliance, he charged me for an estimate, which was not even accurate afterwards and had to pay more money on top to have a real technician who provide me with a professional service and actually fix my appliance. Worst service experience ever.
