Had a reservation at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, thinking we had booked it through MGM. Didn't realize it wasn't until we had to cancel it and it has been a nightmare trying to get a refund of room. Next step is contacting Attorney General of Florida where they have an office in Orlando and report their scam. Also, try credit card company to do investigation.

What a waste of time, zero customer service and impossible to call, automated system you never get a hold on anybody or they hand up after you wait 30 minutes in line.

I was looking to book a room at The Avanti International. I searched several sites before deciding to book direct with the hotel. For some reason, Hotel Beds have also booked a room for me and I am having trouble contacting them. HELP!!

We are booked into a 4 bedroom villa in Paradise Palms where we stayed in 2016. Do all of the 4 bedroom villas have a downstairs bedroom & bathroom?
