I received the best customer service that a person can ask for today from Marqueala S, out of your Orlando, Florida service center. I am extremely disappointed that I could not speak to a Supervisor to give her a compliment. I am sure that you receive customer complaints 24/7 for bad customer service received. You should change your policy so that representatives that are taking their time over the phone to speak clearly, and excel giving world class customer service can be recognized. Came here to return some equipment like I have done in the past and no one was even at the front desk, I couldn’t even get in the building, a security guard came out and gave me this map and told me I had to go to a whole other spectrum store across town to return it, so I drove all the way over there and they told me I had to go to UPS. How do you have PRINTED MAPS that lead to the WRONG PLACE. This kind of thing is why everyone hates Spectrum. Instead of sending your existing customers mail every single day of the week maybe you could re-allocate that budget to train your employees.

Internet service is out a couple times a week for hours for the last month and Spectum said they would give me a 2 dollar discount!!!!! Bye bye Spectrum!!!!!

This 5 is for an employee, Vince Robertson. A spectrum store in Palm Coast was slammed on Sunday. (Following a bad storm Saturday night). Only two employees were working. Vince handled over 15 people, solo. The other had 1 couple for 2 hours!

Just a call center. You would need to goto a "spectrum store" specifically.
No, this location is not a store, it is a call center. You would be better off calling into the call center with your equipment plugged in so they can troubleshoot it from the office.
No, that location is a call center/office building, you can always call and have 1 shipped or delivered by a tech
They don't take complaints in any office. You've got to call their customer service line
