DO NOT BUY INTO ANYTHING WYNDHAM HAS TO CON OFF ON YOU!! I Was just like many on here was vacationing in Vegas when i got hit up to receive casino vouchers and dinner tickets to sit in on a vacation presentation. After showing up that morning and listening to sells pitch i was taken to a room crowed with a bunch of people that was hot and miserable and given a hard muffin and water for breakfast. Sales people swarmed me telling me how great everything is and even went and got a "manager" to give me a GREAT deal only to have me sign papers not knowing what was what and they even signed me up for there credit card to put the down payment on. Wasted half of one of my days vacation for NOTHING!! Now years later I havent been able to use it the first time on the East coast and ALL the discounted trips I was supposed to get are gone to. Now I think i have been taken again after sending them over $2,000.00 dollars and had to fill out all kinds of papers have notarize to put my timeshare on resell market and the only thing I get is after them setting on it was I had to sign new papers to have it sold and now getting my credit card maxed out because there not selling it. If there such a good company and true to there word it should have already been sold or just taken it back and resold. You dont get any communication from them and feel they just scammed me again. Now everywhere i go and see a wyndham sells promotion i warn everyone there not to even waste there time going along with telling all my family and friends of the problems they will have. I have never disliked a company more than Wyndham. I have only dealt with them for a few months. But it’s truly been a miserable experience. My wife and I went to a presentation and heard all these wonderful things about the vacation package (they said it was NOT a timeshare). We decided to take the dive and found out later that it was all different than we had been promised during the sale. I read other horrific reviews of Wyndham and found that our situation was quite similar to others. We fell for the same scam most people here did. It looks like Wyndham has a habit of not disclosing fees or telling people that their family will inherit the TIMESHARE, and not allowing the contracts to be cancelled even when THEIR salespeople are negligent. I hope this saves someone else from the frustration the rest of us have endured.

Buying my timeshare through this company has been a HUGE mistake. I was not properly informed during the sale about what I was really getting and have complained to WorldMark and have been ignored! The salesman I dealt with promised I would have rental income, which is not possible. He neglected to tell me that I would be stuck paying maintenances fees for the rest of my life. I was lied to about credit reporting and told that the “mortgage” would NEVER be reported to the credit bureaus. I found out that was a lie after my credit score took a significant hit, especially because they ran it TWICE. I also found an additional account on my credit because the salesman opened a credit line (separate from the mortgage) WITHOUT MY CONSENT!! This “investment” has turned in to a catastrophic financial burden.
