EDITED TO ADD: I had to update this review. Whoever it is who responded to my initial post literally lied. First, we did not try to change the location, we had a mobile mechanic show up at the same time and they refused to leave the car where it was - and my husband said okay. Second, it LITERALLY took ALL OF 5 mins on the phone with my husband to re-send the Zelle payment. We event tried to ask if they happened to receive a double payment if they would refund us the $100 it cost to tow the car TWO MILES, and he pretended to no longer understand what he was sayin. DISHONEST. Folks, do yourself a favor and go with a more honest company. The company was available quickly, but then we’re very rude on site and through payment. They tried to charge us extra money because the payment was going through too slowly. Will NEVER call them again. Two stars only because they did as asked and towed the car.
