I’ve had terrible experiences the last FOUR CONSECUTIVE TIMES I’ve been to the Fort Myers Florida location on Colonial Boulevard. Each and every time I’ve been to eat with my family, which I will not lie is a decent size, I am always the last one to get my food, and this recent time they didn’t even put in my mountain melt, AND I WAS THE FIRST ONE TO ORDER!!! To make matters worse, the manager on duty Pat didn’t even apologize and made me feel 100% dissatisfied and disrespected. I was a longtime patron. Never coming to this location again!!

Please take a look at the review that I put in last night, Miller L house in Winter Garden Florida west colonia 50 August 10, 2022 7:55 pm at the bar my bill was $58 I handed the female bartender My debit card as she had my debit card a customer handed her his cell phone… ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? With everything going on nowadays how do you do such a thing ???? The walks off with my debit to get rolls of receipt….. this is absolutely wrong!!!!! I will call corporate on this matter

I was in Cocoa Beach Fl with my husband on Thurs 8/4, saw Millers and knew we had to go there as they have great food and great service Well this place was awful, had our drink order taken - bud light and pina colada, 20 mins later the waitress came back with water and told us the drinks would a little while longer , place WAS NOT BUSY! When the waitress took the drink order she asked what type of rum I wanted - told her just rum (haha) was charged for “well rum” with a $3.00 up charge Finally took our food order - Hamburger plane. No garden on it, no cheese And fried shrimp. Another 45 minutes she came back and I asked where our food was, she responded “oh let me go see”. Another waitress brings out our order CHEESEBURGER REALLY I was so upset I just asked for the check I guess a manager came over and said I’ll get the check for you, Never asked what the issue was, when I saw they wanted $18.00 for a watered down drink and 1 beer I was furious - left $20. On the tabke and walked out. If I had the exact change I would have left that but I didn’t so the waitress got a tip she didn’t deserve We go to miller at least a every 6 weeks and will continue to but will NEVER walk into this place and will tell other the same!
