My name is leyla there is no way to communicate with a manager they have not answered me. They charged me 249 On 5/24/2022 I canceled the appointment 5 minutes later they charged my card. In terms and conditions when you make the appointment they do not inform you that they do not return you The money is illegal you charge for a service not provided. If you cancel the most you can charge is 25.00
