Don't rent here if you plan on staying any length of time, I have been rented here for well over 10 years and been through several owners, These new owners just raised my rent with no notice from $159 to $211. Only for current renters regular price for the same unit is still $159. I do have to give them credit they did reduce the rate not to the $159 rate but considerably closer. Devin was very helpful in resolving this matter.
