I love living here. My apartment is gorgeous. The staff is caring and responsive. The grounds are impeccable and very well kept. I love the secure garage parking and door to door trash pick up. Not to mention there are weekly food trucks onsite! I was nervous to move here because of the plumbing issues I've read in past reviews, but the new managemenrt has since fixed everyting. I would highly recomend this community.

Keotta House

This place has the potential to be five stars, but the glaring issues make it hard. For starters, prepare to almost never receive your packages. With this apartment forcing Fetch on its tenants its a 50/50 chance on whether you will or won’t receive your packages. And since Fetch claims your packages on your behalf, you cannot get a refund or have another package delivered. They also do not answer the phone or email or they will respond to your claims months later asking you for all of the order information again and again until you give up. So expensive items, medication, or any other thing you want to have delivered. Also, there are a lot of packages coming up stolen as well so there is really a 70% chance you will not get your items. The apartments themselves are large, quiet, and pest free, and they are located in a great neighborhood. We also enjoy the gym and pool. We are hoping as we roll into year two, the complex get rid of Fetch, and maybe add speed bumps in the garage!

Edit: Water has been fixed and rating changed as the water issue affected the entire block, not just the Augusta building. Wow, no water again this morning. Winter Storm Uri was 18 months ago and there is still 'emergency plumbing maintenance' at least once a month that leaves you unable to shower or simply have a cup of coffee. I don't blame the maintenance folks, they're nice, but this is just rediculous.
