When I moved in it was stated that there might be asbestos because it's an older building. I did my research and learned asbestos isn't really an issue as long as u don't disturb it. But whenever there's an issue with the ac, pipes, etc the maintenance guys have no problem drilling holes in the walls, possibly releasing the asbestos. Also, my dishwasher hasn't worked since I moved in and the cabinets are moldy.. I've put in work orders for it but they're still not fixed.. I would give 0 stars if I could.

****STAR VILLA ANA**** THE WORST PLACE WHERE I HAVE LIVED in recent years the poor service in the new administration is the most terrible 😡 👎👎👎👎 there are up to 3 women serving there badly but none solves a problem .and apart from the fact that they are charging you very expensive water at $120 NOT EVEN THAT WE LIVED IN A HOUSE. In addition, they come out with a negative phantom balance charging you that you go and they do not tell you that they are charging you and they make you pay for it on the dates that they they say and if you don't grab it they add the amount weekly. And the maintenance never comes but to collect number # 1 ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

I live in apartment 204, I have had a broken air conditioner for 3 days, the maintenance staff broke it, I report every day and they don't fix it, they are liars.
