These are great apartments. Ive been living here for 6 years and just signed a new lease. These apts are definitely a hidden gem. Older style apts so you get to know your neighbors and perhaps through sheer luck, but all of my neighbors are wonderful to live near. But that would also be a testament to the newer management team. They have really helped me so much this year with getting an affordable rent price with the help of their programs throigh these tough times when rent is really sky rocketing. Two of the management personell i have dealt with were amazingly patient and kind. The general manager Crystal is very knowledgeable and doesnt b.s. you. She knows her stuff and is willing to talk slowly and give you all the information you need to leave feeling better informed. Theres also another vibrant and yet calm manager named Carmen. She also has that knowledge that helped me keep my anxiety down when i needed infomation about my situation. If youre a guy reading this, she will make you wanna call your mom and tell her you love her, of youre a woman reading this review, ask her wear she gets her nails done because they always looks like a million bucks. Plus call that your mom feeling. Great place to live if you want some peice and quite, cheaper rent prices, and a mantaince team that is kind, trustworthy, and always professional. Ive been knowing them for 5 plus years now and they always come to help, with a smile.

All I can say is excellent customer service..great Staff.... totally amazing Mr. Brenton he went beyond and above to help with securing my loving ones a new place! Ms. Crystal is also wonderful and a great person when it comes to living at Briarwest Apts.... Thx you guys ❤️ for everything!

I have to say I’ve lived in numerous apartment complexes before in the past and I must say this complex has by far the best maintenance team I have ever dealt with. This property is the best happy medium between safety, quality, and location. Sure it’s an old property but don’t ignore them because of that! Yeah sure there’s maintenance issues here and there but I am highly impressed with how prompt and thorough the maintenance team is here. I have never put in a request that went more than 24 hours without being fixed and fixed properly without being bandaged. And even with the recent scorching heatwave we’ve had in Houston it caused my ac to kick out and I didn’t notice til I came home from work and even with me reporting the ac after hours they came while I went to run an errand and came back it was already fixed! If you want an apartment with a reliable maintenance team and great leasing office staff (never had any issues with them and they’re all always friendly) and don’t care for the fanciest newest amenities and want a good value for the location and safety and general quality then this is your spot!
