The leak/water stain from Harvey has grown.. it's now from the ceiling to the fire place mantel top. Rain has stained the white paint yellow

They are worse now, the rats I mean. I killed one today in my bathroom. Disgusting.

This place is horrid they tell you that their coming to fix stuff but never come even when you put in a request I been waiting before the storm an the never came I told them that my garbage disposal is leaking and that my ceiling was 2 now I have water damage under my kitchen sink and now they tryna blame me for the damages

Call them directly and request more information. They usually run decent specials.

I have friends that live there its an ok place in the day time they do keep the apartments maintained ive also been there at night theres always people hanging out in the parking lots in groups ive never had any issues but they do break into cars frequently they broke into one of my friends cars there and theres no security from what i know so 🙄🤔 i would keep looking if ur alone

It's very diverse and safe BUT it's always a group of dirty looking black guys that hang out drunk in the front parking lots. Yelling and cursing all night almost every weekend. Even women too

Just wait until they get the money they need from you... Unfortunately After a month or 2. You will get treated like unwanted foster children like the rest

Seen the same few cats but security is always visible to me(kind of hard to miss with all the lights) and parking really isn't a problem if you're a tenant you have a permit & a spot if you are a visitor they have a spot..

I need maintenance to come over now to stop my bathtub from streaming water in my tub. I already requested for the plumbers to come back and correct the loose piece that indicates hot/cold water.now it's leaking.

The floors aren't wooden, that's something like a sticker they put on the floors to give em that look and as far the rent goes. The rent hasn't gone up since I've been here

Honestly no it's not that good of an idea I live here lol and they have alot of things to work on . When I moved in they were great but then they changed management and ever since then it's been complicated from there but the apartment itself is not bad at all

And it sucks because when we fill the tubs with water the air pressure sucks the water down the drains.
