all animals that are available change constantly so sometimes yes and sometimes no. As you might imagine smaller animals are very popular with people with younger children. One of the beauties of the SPCA is that their selection changes all the time and the prices are extremely reasonable but there are inconveniences too. You have to go in on a regular basis and check or at least check their website.
Yes , the SPCA do have smaller dogs . But I just found out that they have a lower level of pets . That was news to me.
