If you are dealing with AT&T at tis location (500 Ohio Pike) be sure to seek out Nicholas Redmond. In numerous trips to this store, and others nearby, Nicholas has been the only associate that can answer any and all of my questions with 100% accuracy. On the last two occasions he has corrected the mistakes of others who work for AT&T. Hopefully AT&T is taking note of his high level of expertise, and willingness to help their customers. Thank you Mr. Redmond. 10/07/22 Returned to AT&T Beechmont Today I had a very unique problem that Jade Worley handled with complete knowledge and confidence. The Problem: My home phone was a Verizon wireless base station that I purchased several years ago when AT&T cell service wasn't available in my area. Verizon has decided to no longer support that particular technology. I decided to go to my favorite AT&T store and purchase their version of a cellular home phone, however they no longer make home phone base stations. The Goal: 1) Eliminate my Verizon phone bill - receive only an AT&T bill 2) Port my Verizon home phone number to AT&T The Solution: 1) get account number and release PIN from Verizon 2) I had an extra cell phone line 3) get an e-sim card from AT&T Corporate to extra phone number 4) port Verizon home number to new e-sim 5) extra phone line now has the original phone number plus my ported home number 6) went to Best-Buy and purchased a Bluetooth 3 unit base handset unit 7) when the ported home number rings on the cell it activates the cell and 3 home handsets The Problem: Corporate used an e-sim that didn't work, drove two hours back to AT&T and Jade Worley immediately diagnosed the problem, replaced the e-sim, and with a trip to Best-Buy and then the home set-up and I was back in business, with a home base unit and one phone bill. GOODBYE VERION Jade Worley is without a doubt the best wireless Technician I have ever worked with. Jade's transfer at the end of the month is going to have a huge impact on the AT&T store at Beechmont. Best of luck to you Jade, and thanks, I know I will miss you.

Yes, we always carry the newest phones from Samsung. Stop by our Cincinnati location and see them in person.
Your best bet I think is to call them for an answer on this question ... not sure how often they see them here.
