Holy crapppppp these guys are great. I got subwoofers put into my truck (2 10” subs) it’s like concert in my truck. I was assisted by Trevor and Bob two honest and great guys. All I can say is WOW - Bob and his team are great! First off, the fact that they have full hours on a Saturday is amazing - I hate having to take time off from work to deal with anything car-related. Secondly, these guys are 100% focused on customer satisfaction. I had them install a remote starter, new head unit, new speakers, amp, and sub in my new brand new car. And of course with it being a brand new car, none of the wiring diagrams or instructions that come with the after market components were applicable to my car. Bob and his guys stayed 2.5 hours late on a Saturday trying to troubleshoot the install. Unfortunately, they just had to wait until Monday to call technical support. So they put my car back together and I made an appointment for the following Friday to complete the install and to upgrade the rear speakers (I unintentionally went with the wrong rear speakers in the original install). When I went to pick up the car on Friday afternoon everything was done and sounding great! When I went to settle the tab, they told me the rear speaker upgrade was on the house since I was patient with them during the 2.5 hour wait the previous Saturday night. Now that's what I call customer service! I would highly recommend Car Tunes to friends and family.
