Emilie was great! She gave me the cut I wanted and was a lovely person. The entire staff was friendly and wonderful. I was on vacation and was treated well. It is inside the arcade and such an interesting location.

I’ve been going here for about 4-5 years since 2016, because I worked downtown. Suzanne cuts my hair, which is silver. Suzanne is honest (frank) and helpful with cut suggestions, and doesn’t hard sell products, but knows the products when I ask about them. That creates a level of trust, so I get specialized prides there for my silver hair. I no longer work downtown, and I live an hour away in Goshen. But I still go to Paragon to have Suzanne cut my hair. 🥰

Station 18 on walnut street between 4th & 5th street is closest stop and is approximately 1 1/2 blocks from salon.
The salon offers a discount (I think $1.50 off) to the Mabley Place garage, accessible from Race or 4th streets, you just have to ask for the discount ticket at reception. Or, there are meters on 4th, 5th and Race streets which you can pay for using coins, card, or the EZ Park app.
