I have visited a Mercy Physicians Doctor, PCP, more than one. In fact, I have had three, over the past five or so years. I really can say, it's been rough, as I am used to fabulous care, previously. I don't know if it's a sign of the times, or if it's because I've aged or if it's not me or the times but just uncaring. I've heard it said, if you don't need a loan, then you can get one. It's kinda like that having a PCP at Mercy Physicians. As long as you don't need them, they are fine. Once you do...look out.

I had an appointment at Mercy Health Forest Park with Dr. A. Robinson at 3:45pm today. checked in at 3:20pm. finally taken to the examination room at 3:30pm. Medical assistant to all my readings and said doctor will be in shortly . No show @3:45pm still no show. I left very displeased with care of service. No one came into the room after initial visit. 45 minutes no show by Doctor or staff members. Kenneth Gilkey
