I found a couple litter of kittens outside. How can I get then help. I don't mind feeding the animals outside but there is about ten of them outside and now kittens. Help please.

You could take them to the SPCA and donate them. Tell SPCA you found them and didn't want them to get hurt and you just want to make sure they get the proper treatment. They'll take them.
