At certain times they get very busy just have to be patient
They are chronically understaffed. I picked up my pup, and there was only one young lady managing 3 rooms of lost /abandoned dogs ( don't know who was covering cats, etc) And then 2 desk people up front. I'm sure they need volunteers. As to the issues with dog Licenses and the County Auditor; I'd like to give Dusty Rhodes a piece of my mind.
Simply put under staffed
