Adoptions for cats are generally $10. You would have to go in person to see if any are declawed. The times I've been to visit, I've only ever seen one declawed cat. But please reconsider on the declawing, it's so inhumane. There are little rubber caps you can have put on your cats nails instead and they're so cheap. Hope this helps!
Consider "Free Cats" Ads in local papers cause ocassionally people have emergencies & get overwhelmed & if you can wait you can almost always be sure to get a free one...also check "Craigslist" ...
The last time I went there (a few years ago) It was 20$ for dogs 10$ for cats, but that could have been a special adoption week price? I dont think they'll charge more than 200$ but since they're a shelter with so many animals it will probably be cheaper.
