I had recently ordered a package but for some reason they sent the tracking number to the wrong email address and have not been able to get one. Is it still possible for me to get my package somehow? (Without the tracking number)

I would call another post office to see how to go about it, but first contact the person or business that sent it and find out the tracking number. I don't work for the post office, just a customer!

The lady said I needed a tracking number. But after reading on these bad reviews about the incompetence of these workers it got me wondering if what she said was true.
