The woman running the counter was beyond RUDE, abrasive, disrespectful. I witnessed it while I was getting my packages together and for as bossy as she is to move things along, she was intentionally slow getting my receipt. Not sure how people like this get such job security when they hate their jobs. Read all 1 star reviews and you’ll be shocked how Queen B at this location hasn’t been fired yet. She was completely RUDE to a customer with a disability who told her nicely they had a brain injury. I definitely won’t be coming back. Instead I’ll travel the extra mile to Irving Park or Lawrence.

Terrible service. Went to do my passport today and Carolyn was very rude. If you hate your job that much why work there? She kept wanting to argue with me. I was trying my best to calmly de-escalate the situation. Don’t go here.

Dirty, broken & most importantly rude a** employees! Why is it so hard to find kind/respectable USPS employees? You hate your job so much do everyone else a favor and quit. 9.21.22 no hand canceled maile done at this location. Was advised to take them to the downtown location.
