Avoid the employee Charlene at all costs. She is truly one of the nastiest, rudest, most miserable people I have ever met. You try to treat her with kindness and respect and she talks down to you like you are garbage. I have been going to this post office location for about 7 years and every single interaction with her is the same - the most disrespectful experience I have ever had. Finally decided to write a review after todays experience. Went there for a return with a QR code which I have never had an issue with before but she kept telling me that my QR code was not working and that I would not be able to do my return there. And when I asked her to try a different scanner she gave me attitude and told me no. I Immediately went to the next post office location and it worked. Not sure who gave you permission to talk to other human beings like that, Charlene but You’re in the wrong business.

Once again, an email came saying my package was delivered. I was out there to get it within minutes of getting the email, nothing was there. I checked again in the morning just in case I might have missed it. NO! Nothing! I have no package and I don't know where it went.

Worst experience getting my passport renewed. Lady working in the front did not want to accept my appointment and tried telling me I was in the wrong location even though I have confirmation. Avoid this location, rude, zero customer service over all terrible.

Mistakes do happen. Service does vary when it is not your regular postal service person delivering mail. I am not justifying anything. Call during the day. Ask to speak to the manager. Be specific as to the problem. Delayed mail? Package not delivered? Tracking number? You may need to speak to the manager of the annex. Get their phone number. Be specific. Good luck!
