Mistakes do happen. Service does vary when it is not your regular postal service person delivering mail. I am not justifying anything. Call during the day. Ask to speak to the manager. Be specific as to the problem. Delayed mail? Package not delivered? Tracking number? You may need to speak to the manager of the annex. Get their phone number. Be specific. Good luck!

First of all , you can't ever get a manager they don't even ring the doorbell for a signature they stick that paper on there and move on
