I had a package from Amazon in this location and l came here to pick it up, and the black lady working at the far left counter asked for my tracking number in an extremely slow and scolding tone(it’s obvious that she doesn’t care about her job) and after she went in another room, she said my package wasn’t there. Then l contacted usps customer service and they told me my package was there. I went again and talked to another lady(she is black and older than previous lady), (l don’t know their names btw) when l told her my situation she acted same with her like scolding and arguing. Later she gave my package finally but they specifically took me there twice in a row and their attitudes were very ugly. I won’t go there again. I wouldn’t recommend.

I have not received any mail or even any package that has to be delivered thru usps since last 2 months
I have not received any mail on Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday this week! I’m in West Rogers Park on Jarvis Ave. Still none as of today !
After you verify it is there. Make sure it is not scheduled to be re-delivered but ready for pickup.
I don't know what their hours are. I DO know one can do passports there. I myself renewed my passport by mail within the last three months. I did pull up the necessary form from on line, don't remember exactly which form. First have passport pictures taken. I did my pictures at Walgreens

Have you gone on their website?? www.usps.com/tracking Or look at the bottom of the receipt it gives the website and a tracking numbers. If it's lost you add in the tracking numbers on the line. The number starts with 9505- ? You can sign up get your own account. And have the USPS let you know when a package shows up by email. I have this free service. It works. I hope this helps you..
Any time? You sure? It does happen. Usually if there is a replacement postal person on your route. Happened to me more than once. Or they just screw up. Calm down. Fight back. Call the main post office number. Use your tracking number. Speak to a rep. File a report. Every time. If you select option for them to call back, they will. See if that helps your service. If they know you will report them when they screw up it should help cut down how often that happens. Find out the annex phone. Call them too. Good luck.

Right. The self service kiosk and parcel drop box are closed after hours. Regular mailboxes are available on the sidewalk in front of the post office.

Ricky is correct. Make sure it is available for your zip code. Do it a few days in advance. In the past sometimes it does not start right away. Don't forget about any other package or parcel delivery. Hold them too. Good luck!
